Sekuro: Trust Tomorrowland 2025 - Jem Events

Sekuro’s inaugural vendor celebration, Trust Tomorrowland, was designed to be more than just an awards night - it needed to embody the company’s innovative spirit while delivering a premium guest experience. With a packed agenda including keynote speeches, panel discussions, live entertainment, awards presentations, and a high-energy performance by Hot Dub Time Machine, the creative and technical brief called for a production design that could evolve with the event’s shifting moods and moments.

The challenge for our team was to create a dynamic and immersive AV environment that adapted seamlessly throughout the night - from polished corporate presentations to a vibrant celebration atmosphere - without extensive changeovers or interruptions to the flow of the event.

Working closely with Jem Events, our production team delivered a multipurpose AV solution that transformed the venue in real time. The centrepiece was a custom 4m x 2.5m LED wall, designed with flexibility in mind. Throughout the evening, it served a range of purposes:

• Corporate backdrop: During welcome speeches and panel sessions, the LED wall displayed sleek branded content, reinforcing the event identity and setting a professional tone.
• Awards showcase: As the evening transitioned into the celebration segment, the content evolved to dynamic animations and motion graphics, enhancing the energy of the awards presentations.
• Entertainment experience: Later in the night, the same LED installation shifted again - this time becoming a bold, high-impact visual backdrop for Hot Dub Time Machine’s DJ set, transforming the space into a dance floor with a completely different atmosphere.

Alongside the visual production, we supplied professional audio systems, staging, and DJ support equipment to deliver crisp sound and impactful performances. Every element was designed to be adaptive and interconnected, ensuring the technology served the creative vision rather than dictating it.
