AISA CyberCon Melbourne 2025 - Cornerstone Events

We were thrilled to return for another year supporting our long-time partners at Cornerstone Events for AISA CyberCon 2025 with a production design that combined smart functionality, flexible design, and bold visual impact.

From the moment attendees arrived, they were immersed in a high-tech visual experience. In the main foyer, we installed three flexible LED columns - a dynamic welcome feature that evolved throughout the event with branded content, schedules, and highlight reels. Leading into the expo hall, a large-scale LED entrance arch created an unmissable statement moment, setting the tone for what was inside.

In the Plenary, we delivered an ultra-wide LED backdrop designed to elevate every keynote and panel. This year’s lineup included world-renowned experts such as Theresa Payton, Brian Krebs, Guenther Steiner, and Admiral Mike Rogers, and our AV design ensured every session looked and sounded flawless.

Speaker Management Made Simple

One of the biggest challenges of a conference this size is managing hundreds of speakers and presentations - and this year, we took that process to a whole new level. Our very own Libbie Ray designed a custom presentation upload portal, built to streamline speaker submissions and approval workflows ahead of the event.

The system enabled presenters to upload content securely, while the production and event teams could review, approve, and track changes in real-time. On site, our technicians worked closely with the MCEC team to coordinate last-minute updates, ensuring every presentation ran smoothly.

The success of the platform was such a standout that we’re now developing it into a new service offering for 2026 - giving clients an easier, more efficient way to manage large-scale conference content.

AISA Awards Night

Our team also managed the AISA Awards, transforming the stage with a custom LED set design featuring our LED blades, paired with bespoke content creation to bring the awards theme to life. The result was a seamless fusion of design and technology - and a spectacular backdrop for celebrating the industry’s best.
