Australia Post Event 2025 - Alive Events Agency

The Challenge

Australia Post needed a platform to announce new services and reflect on recent market insights with maximum impact. The event had to balance live engagement with a polished virtual stream - delivering key messages to both in-room guests and a nationwide online audience. With panel discussions, one-on-one interviews, and high-level forecasting sessions, the challenge was to create a seamless hybrid experience that kept the message sharp and the audience engaged across both formats.

The Solution

Working in partnership with Alive Events Agency, Connected Event Group designed a technical solution that blended high-quality production with intelligent delivery. Our role was to ensure that every moment - from the host’s opening through to expert panels and customer stories - was captured and delivered with clarity and style.

The production included:

  • A four-camera setup with teleprompter support to create broadcast-level visuals.
  • Seamless content playing across our LED columns and a custom lighting plan to elevate the stage design and reinforce Australia Post’s brand presence.
  • A dedicated livestream switching platform, bonded internet, and content management for a smooth virtual broadcast to ON24 (the preferred platform for Australia post nation wide). 
  • Slido integrations for online attendee questions.
  • Technical support staff across audio, vision, streaming, and show calling to ensure the event ran with precision.

More importantly, the technology was carefully selected not just to “show” the event but to amplify the storytelling. Crisp camera shots made the interviews feel personal. Dynamic LED visuals gave weight to statistics and announcements. Reliable streaming meant the online audience was just as connected as those in the room.

The Results

The hybrid event delivered a powerful launch moment for Australia Post, bringing together live energy and virtual accessibility. Speakers - from Shopify’s Shaun Broughton to economists and retail leaders - were showcased with clarity, and their insights were shared seamlessly across both audiences.
