Medical Product Launch - Nevro 2020

The Challenge

Nevro approached us to deliver the Omnia Product Launch and virtual training over two days to be hosted in our purpose built broadcast studio. Nevro were launching an updated product and they needed to educate their audience on its features and uses. Presenters from the US were dialling in to deliver the necessary product training. They were looking for a professional setting that aligned with their company and brand.

The Solution

Using our reliable streaming technology, we were able to stream the live 2 day conference in full HD to the entire Nevro team both in the US and within Australia. Our customisable virtual event web-platform was utilised to create a branded registration portal, landing page and event streaming page.

As this was all about the launch of a new medical product and an education piece, it was vital to deliver the content seamlessly and as professionally as possible. Our studio enabled this with its high spec audio, vision and recording equipment. Attendee engagement was kept high through frequent audience polling and  Q&A, and all incoming streams from the US were managed by our Virtual Green Room ensuring the appropriate testing and support was provided.
