Pepper Money Staff Party 2025 - EVT Incentive Marketing

The Challenge

Pepper Money’s annual Christmas party is one of our favourite recurring events because it pushes our creativity year after year. With EVT Incentive Marketing as our event partner, the brief involves bringing each year’s theme to life in a fresh, exciting way, without repeating what’s been done before.

Transforming a familiar event into a brand-new experience requires more than upgrading equipment; it requires reimagining how guests move through the space, how energy builds across the night, and how the AV design can surprise long-time attendees who think they’ve “seen it all.”

When rain rolled in just hours before the event, our original plan to use the lawn island had to change. With a wet-weather contingency already in place, the team was able to adapt quickly and keep everything running smoothly.

The Solution

We approached the 2025 celebration as a full sensory journey, designing each zone of The Calyx to contribute to one cohesive story.

Soft, atmospheric lighting welcomed guests on arrival, creating anticipation before revealing the vibrancy of the main garden space. From there, the night unfolded through intentional AV design: immersive lighting to shape key moments, warm ambient effects during speeches, and a dynamic dancefloor environment engineered to feel completely different from previous years.

A mirrored DJ surround and sculptural truss arches added dramatic visual impact, while the lighting design layered colour, movement, and texture to elevate the theme without overwhelming the venue’s natural beauty. Working closely with EVT Incentive Marketing, our team handled the full technical delivery-coordination, production, onsite management, and seamless transitions between formalities and celebrations.

The Results

The 2025 Pepper Money Christmas party delivered one of the most engaging atmospheres we’ve created for this long-standing client. Guests were energised from the moment they arrived, the dancefloor stayed full, and the AV design received glowing feedback for feeling “new” without losing the signature Pepper Money party experience.
