Connected Event Group was proud to once again partner with the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation to deliver the technical production for the 2026 Rugby Long Lunch. As a long-term production partner of the Foundation, we're honoured to support an event that brings the community together while raising vital funds for breast cancer research, treatment and patient support.
Held at one of Sydney's premier event venues, the Rugby Long Lunch welcomed hundreds of guests for an afternoon of entertainment, fundraising and inspiring stories. Our team was responsible for delivering the event's AV production, supplying high-resolution LED walls that created a dynamic backdrop for presentations, sponsor recognition, live fundraising and event content.
Working closely alongside the venue's in-house AV team, our crew managed the on-site technical production to ensure every element ran seamlessly. From pre-event planning and content management through to live show operation, our experienced technicians worked behind the scenes to create a polished and engaging experience for attendees.
