Snap Printing Conference 2024 - EVT Incentive Marketing

In March our team worked with EVT Incentive Marketing to create an engaging and innovative event for their client, Snap Printing. The event was Snap Printing’s first national conference in a number of years and celebrated their 125th anniversary. The aim of the event was not only to commemorate this historic achievement but also to propel the business ‘into the future’, with a futuristic theme running through the celebrations.

We were engaged as the event’s technical production partner, overseeing all of the event's technical aspects and supplying creative technical solutions to delight attendees. We collaborated closely with the in-house AV team at The Langham Gold Coast, ensuring a seamless technical execution that aligned with the futuristic theme.

To create a “wow” entrance feature to the ballroom, our team constructed a LED tunnel to lead attendees into the room. The LED walls on either side of the tunnel showcased futuristic graphics and Snap Printing branding, which made for a great event entrance moment and photo backdrop.

We also provided AV equipment and technical support to the other event features, such as the band performances and award presentations. As part of this, our Producer and Showcaller worked with the in-house Lighting Operator to design a light show for each segment of the award and ceremony evenings. The light show incorporated coloured lighting and special effects to reference the futuristic theme.

While minor technical challenges arose during the event’s bump in, our onsite technical manager managed these with the in-house AV team to ensure the attendee experience was not affected. This arrangement allowed the client the freedom to focus on managing all of the other event logistics, trusting that we would handle all of the technical aspects.
