Australasian Gaming Expo 2023

At Connected Event Group we’re proud of our long-term collaborative partnerships with a range of custom stand builders, where from initial concept to visual render, we provide our technical skills and expertise to help bring their exhibition build ideas to life. For AGE, one of our clients, Grand Stand Events, challenged us to create an elevated LED banner that would capture attendees attention among competing exhibition stands. A spherical design was initially discussed, however after taking into consideration our clients budget and goals, we determined that a 4m rigged LED banner would create the same effect and would better meet their budgetary requirements.

Across the event, and a number of clients, we installed a total of 3 LED walls and 30 TV screen packages all built to not only promote a brand, but to encourage attendee engagement and interactivity. This included a custom built 6m W x 1m H hanging LED banner at the CCD-Ainsworth stand, which was supported by an invisible fly bar for an aesthetic, yet secure, installation.

As much as we’re proud tech-heads, we know better than anyone that technology can sometimes let you down. Our incredible technical team were onsite prior to the show open on every show day to ensure all of our equipment was working, and each exhibitor’s content was looking fantastic across our range of screens and LED.
