Boomi World Tour 2025 - Vercoe Events

The Challenge

Boomi is a globally recognised tech leader and their World Tour events attract some of the most tech savvy audiences in the industry. Expectations are naturally high. Every screen, audio cue, interactive station, and branded touchpoint must run flawlessly because the production quality becomes part of the brand experience. 

For the tour’s Sydney stop, Vercoe Events needed a production partner who could deliver seamless AV across multiple spaces, integrate innovative displays, support technical sessions, and ensure every presenter felt prepared and confident. The challenge was to create a cohesive environment that matched Boomi’s reputation for cutting edge technology, while ensuring reliability across a three day program with plenary sessions, analyst briefings, expo zones, and interactive moments.

The Solution

Working in collaboration with The W Hotel’s inhouse tech team, we delivered a fully integrated AV solution across the plenary, analyst room, expo foyer, and custom activation zones.

In the plenary, we supplied a complete presentation and speaker support package including high powered PPT machines, foldback screens, a digital signage lectern for branding, stage lighting, and a comprehensive Shure microphone system. Our vision operators and technical directors provided rehearsals, content checks, and full show operation to guarantee smooth transitions and consistent quality.

For the analyst room, we delivered a compact but robust standalone setup with wireless microphones, a dedicated lectern, and a tailored PA system designed for clear dialogue during high value media and analyst discussions.

The foyer expo area featured a mix of digital engagement points including portable LED banners for directional signage, iPads in custom stands for interactive experiences, a 43 inch display for the Boomi Connections Hub, and UHD monitors for sponsor content. These touchpoints ensured attendees were surrounded by meaningful tech engagement from the moment they arrived.

To add an immersive element, we designed an AI powered photo booth using a 1.53 pixel pitch LED wall, custom side panels, content playback, and instant printing. This became a key attraction inside the event and reinforced Boomi’s forward looking brand identity in a memorable and shareable way.

Throughout the bump in, live days, and bump out, our team managed content preparation, in house AV coordination, technical rehearsals, and full show operation to ensure every space ran flawlessly.

The Results
