Toyfair 2026 - Exponet

For Australian Toy Fair 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, we partnered with Exponet to deliver a striking large-scale LED entrance designed to make an immediate impression on arriving attendees.

The brief was simple but impactful: create an entrance that captured the energy of the toy industry while setting the tone for the event from the moment guests walked through the doors.

As the main gateway into the exhibition, the entrance needed to act as both a visual landmark and a high-impact brand moment for the event. The structure had to be bold enough to stand out within the scale of the venue while integrating seamlessly with the overall exhibition build delivered by Exponet.

With thousands of attendees expected across the show, the installation also needed to be robust, highly visible from multiple vantage points, and capable of delivering vibrant motion graphics that reinforced the playful and colourful identity of the Toy Fair brand.

Working closely with the Exponet team, we designed and installed a large-format LED entrance structure that framed the main entry point to the exhibition floor.

High-resolution LED panels were configured to create a dynamic digital canvas, allowing animated content and event branding to be displayed across the entrance. The LED installation delivered strong visual impact, drawing attendees toward the show floor while creating a perfect photo moment for visitors entering the event.

Our team handled the technical design, supply, and installation of the LED system, ensuring the display integrated seamlessly with the surrounding build and operated reliably throughout the show.
