EVT Incentive Marketing approached us to deliver the technical production for Toyota’s “Dealer of the Year” Awards - a high-energy, futuristic-themed celebration recognising over 300 achievements across the brand. With a fast-paced schedule, live performances, and a clear design aesthetic, the challenge was to deliver a dynamic AV experience that hit every cue, while staying within budget.
Being brought in early allowed us to act as true technical production partners, not just AV providers. From the outset, we worked alongside EVT, the in-house AV team at the venue, and trusted CEG suppliers including Resolution X, Megadeck, and Suzy Cue (autocue operator), to craft a fully custom AV plan that aligned with the show’s creative direction and budgetary constraints.
We translated the client’s goals into a cost-effective, future-focused stage design, carefully selecting elements that delivered maximum impact. We also took the lead on quoting and negotiating with the venue's in-house AV team, helping EVT make informed decisions and ensuring every dollar worked harder.
