Every year, Cornerstone Events delivers a world-class experience for TravelManagers Australia’s annual conference. For 2025, the team took the event offshore to Bali. With a new location came new challenges - including navigating an unfamiliar venue, liaising with a local AV supplier, and ensuring the client received the best value for their budget without sacrificing the delegate experience.
Having worked closely with Cornerstone for many years, our partnership is built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to client success. This strong foundation meant we were brought into the planning process early to take ownership of the AV production.
Our role was two-fold:
By acting as the technical translator and advocate, we were able to identify the areas where budget would have the greatest impact and advise on what could be streamlined or skipped. This ensured the client’s investment was maximised, with every dollar directed toward enhancing the delegate experience.
