TAB @ AHG 2026 - Creative Concept Displays

The Challenge

Connected Event Group recently partnered with Creative Concept Designs to deliver integrated AV solutions across several exhibition stands at the Australasian Hospitality & Gaming Expo. The project involved supporting multiple gaming and hospitality brands with dynamic visual displays and reliable technology that complemented CCD’s striking stand designs.

Working within the busy exhibition environment at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, our team collaborated closely with CCD to ensure all technology was seamlessly incorporated into the architecture of each stand while enhancing brand presence and visitor engagement.

Exhibition stands require AV solutions that are visually impactful, highly reliable, and carefully integrated into the physical build. Each brand’s space needed to:

  • Capture attention on a crowded expo floor
  • Deliver clear and engaging digital content
  • Integrate technology cleanly into the custom stand designs
  • Operate continuously throughout the multi-day event

With several stands running simultaneously, consistency and careful coordination were essential during both installation and live operation.

The Solution

Connected Event Group provided a range of tailored AV elements across the stands, supporting both large-scale visual impact and interactive content delivery.

Key elements included:

  • Large format digital displays, including 98" and 86" UHD screens, mounted in both portrait and landscape orientation to suit the stand layouts
  • Rigged overhead LED displays, featuring two large LED banners constructed from high-resolution P2 LED panels, delivering bold motion graphics visible across the expo floor
  • Digital signage and content playback, using professional media players to ensure smooth and consistent video playback across multiple screens
  • Interactive technology, including touch-enabled desktop systems to support demonstrations and digital engagement
  • Audio support, with compact speakers, wireless microphones, and a digital mixer for presentations and demonstrations
  • Content control and signage management systems to update and manage screen content throughout the event

Our technicians handled installation, testing, and on-site technical support, ensuring all displays operated smoothly from setup through to bump out.

The Results

The final stands successfully combined creative design with integrated AV technology, creating visually engaging brand environments that drew attention and encouraged interaction.

By working closely with CCD’s design team, we ensured the technology enhanced the aesthetics of each stand rather than competing with them. The result was a cohesive and polished exhibition presence for multiple brands across the expo floor.
